Mr. Sesi’s prior responsibilities include Vice President of Sesi Motors, a family run, Michigan based multi–franchise automotive enterprise, where he is still responsible for acquisitions and strategic planning for the firm.
In 1992, Mr. Sesi founded Sesi & Co., a venture capital and business advisory firm. He co-founded and funded the Woodfield Group, a Chicago based computer distribution and service company and led the firm to annual sales of $25 million in five years. Firm ultimately grew to a $90 million enterprise. Then founded Ponce De Leon Water, a Chicago based bottled water company and eventually negotiated its sale to Hinckley & Schmitt. In 1993, Sesi & Co. also funded and served as CEO of AL&Z Advertising, a Palm Desert, CA based digital ad agency, one of the first of its kind in the country.
From 1979-1992 Mr. Sesi worked for the Multigraphics Division of AM International, a $1.2 billion revenue publicly traded global business machines company. Mr Sesi’s senior management positions included Director of Finance, Director of Manufacturing and Manager of Product Development.
Mr Sesi has a BA Finance Michigan State University.
Anthony Yohe, Senior Advisor

Mr. Yohe is a career finance professional with worldwide experience and strong background in private banking, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital transactions.
In 1996, he was responsible for an early capital raise of $5million for Technovision, a pioneer in video compression technology allowing videos, films and online conferencing to become ubiquitous on the Internet.
Shortly thereafter was responsible for a $20million funding for Greenland Corp, a financial software firm whose program allowed, for the first time, nearly 40 million un-banked consumers in the USA to use ATM machines to open bank accounts, pay utility bills, and send money to other locations across the U.S. and other countries.
For a telecommunications client in Central and South America, Mr. Yohe raised $10 million in 2001 to support cell phone service in rural areas in Peru, Guatemala and Panama. Mr. Yohe was also responsible for arranging $15million in financing for Santa Monica, CA based Reserve Petroleum for oil and gas exploration in California, Wyoming, Texas and Oklahoma.
From 1984-1993, Mr. Yohe worked as a private banker representing American and Western European clients trading financial instruments in the world market . During this time Mr. Yohe travelled extensively in support of his clients.

Mr. Waterman has experience in both the non-profit and commercial sectors. He has created, managed and consulted for dozens of non-profit organizations, including World Servants, Feed The Hungry, Vamanos and Southern Sudan Healthcare Organization. He has travelled the world extensively as an organizational consultant and keynote speaker.
Prior to his career consulting Non-Profits, Mr. Waterman spent over 10 years at Fifth Third Bank, where he managed commercial accounts with corporate earnings in the $50-500 million range. Serving client corporations of this scale has given him the ability to understand the challenges and expertise needed to grow organizations to this size.
